The vehicle is considered rented after the standard contract between Lessee (Client) and Lessor (ADE Rent-a-Car agency) has been signed. By its signature, Lessee unconditionally accepts standard conditions, guaranties that all given information are true and accepts jurisdiction of Belgrade district court in case of a legal dispute.

Chosen vehicle will be rented in excellent technical condition, with all belonging equipment and documents.

The vehicle can be rented to a person of at least 23 years of age who possess driving license for at least 2 year, that is, 25 years of age and 2 years of driving experience for middle class vehicles.

Rented vehicle must not be used, in any circumstances:

1. if the driver is under influence of alcohol or drugs;
2. for illegal purposes;
3. for driving lessons/driver training;
4. for charging transport of people or goods;
5. for towing trailers or other vehicles;
6. for participating in any sporting event;

Rented vehicle can be used for private purposes only and must not be sub-rented or lent to third parties. The vehicle must not be overloaded with passengers or objects beyond maximum weight set by the manufacturer.

Crossing of Serbia border by rented vehicle is not allowed except with special Lessor’s permission.

• Minimum renting period is 24 hours (1 day) with 100 km included in renting price.
• Any overdue of the renting period longer than 1 hour will be considered as a whole day.
• Delivering of a vehicle to a Belgrade airport is free of charge during working hours.
• Baby seat and chains-free.
• Deposit (guarantee) for legal entities and individuals is reguired and will be determined in the contract.

• For renting a car deposit is mandatory- preauthorization from credit card (no debit card) Visa, Master credit card.
• Deposit is minimum 100e and maximum 800e, depends from car category.
• The price of rental is not included in the deposit.
• Payment in advance, on the day of pick up the vehicle.

• Rented vehicle is always whit full tank, returned car must be whit full tank also.
• Used fuel during the rental period renter/driver pays.
• The fuel is not included in rental price.
• Damage on vehicle caused by tanking/using wrong tip of fuel must be covered 100% from renter/driver who caused that damage.

• Traffic penalties, parking tickets that have been made by breaking the traffic law of Republic Serbia in rental period are exclusively responsibility of renter/driver.

• ADE rent a car is not obligated to provide vehicle replacement in case of damaged caused by renter’s/driver’s fault.

• Lost equipment of the vehicle as well as the keys, car license during the rental period must be covered by renter/driver 100%.

• No extra fee for delivery/returning back the vehicle on territory of Belgrade in our working hours.
• Delivery/returning back the vehicle after working hours will be charged 20euro in dinars currency.
• On Sunday or national holidays delivery/returning back the vehicle will be also charged 20euro in dinars currency.

• Crossing the border of Republic Serbia and driving off board rented vehicle whit unlimited km is possible only whit approval of ADE rent a car whit special price for that service.

• Renter/driver must take care of the rented vehicle.
• It’s not allowed to drive outside of the road, car race, towing other vehicles, transporting any sort of cargo, borrowing rented vehicle to the third parties etc.
• It strictly forbidden to replace or change any parts of rented vehicle. Any such of forbidden action will be regarded as damage and it will be charged to the renter/driver.

In case that renter/driver returns back very dirty vehicle, special car wash will be charged.
The same goes for interior of rented vehicle.
Normal car wash will be charged 5 euro in dinars currency, at the end of rental period.

Payment is carried out in dinars under the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Serbia.
